Lots of the best ESL activities revolve around the examination of a sentence and how you go about putting it back together again. Today, we figure the same idea could apply to song lyrics.
So what song lyrics do we choose? Well, listening to Ella Fitzgerald singing Rodgers and Hart songs “stole the march” on this decision. The Lorenz Hart lyrics are so witty and “cute” we see it both as something that should be seen and heard, and as a bit of a challenge in the game.
